Question:My fiance and I would like to travel to Memphis to get married. We are on a budget, and would like to find a nice place, but not too expensive.
Can you help...?
Answer:Memphis is a great city to come, when planning your wedding. We frequently attract many out of state, and out of country visitors who wish to get married.
Because we do so many weddings in the Memphis-Mid South area,.Ministers in a Minute knows several public locations which are scenic, convenient, and many times... free of charge to use. If you are planning a larger wedding, and are in need of a wedding chapel, we can help there as well.
No trip to MEMPHIS would be complete without a trip to Elvis Presley's GRACELAND, and a plate of World Famous Memphis BBQ

The images above are of a little park on the Mississippi River called Ashburn Coppock Park. It's a little known park to many Memphians, but over the last few years we've married hundreds of "out of towners" there.
If you choose to stay downtown, it's very convenient to your hotel, and to the marriage license office, and best of all...ITS FREE TO USE. (Not available 4/24 thru 5/31 because of the city's Memphis in May festival.)
Our fee for performing weddings in the Downtown area is $250 (plus tax)
The images below are of The National Ornamental Metal Museum. This lovely spot, along side the banks of the Mississippi River make an awesome backdrop to any wedding. Formal weddings can be arranged by calling Judy Davis at 901-774-6380.

*Ceremonies performed at "The Grotto" need to be registered with the cemetery. Ministers in a Minute will be happy to take care of that for you.
